Mrs. Rebecca Atchison Sloat is the head coach of the Crismon Girls Flag Football team, where she’s helped turn a once-struggling program into a playoff contender through dedication, structure, and belief in her players. With a strong focus on leadership, accountability, and growth, she challenges her athletes to compete with heart and integrity both on and off the field. Her coaching style blends discipline with encouragement, creating a team culture built on trust, effort, and high expectations. She is passionate about developing not just athletes, but confident young women who lead with purpose.
